Cancellation

Cancellations received in writing before 2 Oct 2023 will incur an admin charge of 50% of registration fee. Thereafter, no refunds will be offered. However, replacement of names is allowed without any penalty charge. Please notify the Secretariat of the replacement / cancellation.
