Rabbit anti‑E. coli Beta Galactosidase IgG Polyclonal RW-C154062-100
Antibody: Beta Galactosidase Rabbit anti-E. coli Polyclonal (Biotin) Antibody, Application: IHC, WB, ELISA, Reactivity: E. coli, Format: Biotin, Unmodified, Descriptio: Beta Galactosidase antibody RW-C154062 is a biotin-conjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to e. coli Beta Galactosidase. Validated for ELISA, IHC and WB., Targe: E. coli Beta Galactosidase, Hos: Rabbit, Reactivit: E. coli (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity), Clonalit: IgG Polyclonal, Conjugation: Biotin, Purificatio: Delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis., Modification: Unmodified, Immunoge: Beta Galactosidase (E.coli), Specificit: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified beta-Galactosidase [E.coli]. Cross reactivity against ß-Galactosidase from other sources may occur but have not been specifically determined., Application: IHC (1:1000 - 1:5000)
Western blot (1:2000 - 1:10000)
ELISA (1:10000 - 1:50000), Performing IHC? See our complete line of Immunohistochemistry Reagents including antigen retrieval solutions, blocking agents ABC Detection Kits and polymers, biotinylated secondary antibodies, substrates and more: None, Usag: Suitable for immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The antibody recognizes both frozen tissue sections, paraffin embedded tissue and 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue for most immunohistochemical analysis. A 1:5000 dilution has been reported to be successful for staining by immunoblot of beta-galactosidase fusion proteins after transfer using a semi-dry transfer apparatus. A 1:1500 dilution has been reported to detect beta-galactosidase in adult rat spinal cord tissue after infection with helper-dependent adenovirus expressing lacZ. In this particular experiment, tissue was perfused with 4% paraformaldehyde and cryostat-cut (35 micron) to produce free-floating sections. A 1:5000 dilution has been reported to be successful for staining of brain sections from transgenic mice expressing nuclear beta-galactosidase when assayed by immunofluorescence microscopy. A 1:5000 dilution has been reported for immunofluorescent staining of methanol fixed, devitellinized Drosophila embryos. Although a wide range of conditions was reported to be effective, a 1:10000 dilution was noted to show no background and to be suitable for double labeling experiments. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested., Presentatio: Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide, Reconstitutio: Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water., Storag: Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store undiluted., Restriction: For research use only. Intended for use by laboratory professionals., Guarante: This antibody carries the RW 100% Guarantee.
